Saturday June 8th

12: 00 Noon to 1:00 PM Rehearse in Pershing Field, Jersey City
by the Baseball Field Concession Stand
Choreography and Stage Training by Mr. Danilo Ignacio

 
Sunday, June 9th
We MUST meet 2 hours early at 12:00 NOON at E47th St & Madison Ave
Our proposed "start time"to "March"is 2:00 PM (we will be informed on Friday June 7th of the exact time.)
End time is apx. 3:00 PM.
 

Wear Puerto Rican colosr of Red, (Medium-Royal) Blue (not dark "Navy" Blue) & Red
Comfortable walking shoes

NO "FLAG" DESIGNS are permitted on our clothing
We do not know about rest rooms. (Maybe there will be "portapotties"?)
We will have one bottle of water for the pre-show and one on the float
 
From noon to 2:00 PM we will hep decorate the float truck with the sound system
 
 
WE ALL WILL WALK ON THE STREET
 
We will have post card which we can hand out to spectators on the sides of the street
 
CONTINGENCY ORDER
A 90 Second Repeating loop of the song "PROUD TO BE" plays and the ROSADOS SING & DANCE with Wireless Mics

3-THE ROSADOS
4- THE JERSEY CITY ROYAL COURT (may do the same dance as the Rosados?)
5-THE SUPPORT MARCHERS - IN RED & BLUE PROVIDED SHIRTS

will be paying for a $1,000,000 one-day liability polict in case one of our contingency members causes injury/bodily damage to a specttor.
If you are a marcher, we ARE NOT LIABLE if you trip, fall, or get injured in any way our your behalf.
We must all walk or dance in a safe manner.

There is no financial compensation provided by the “NATIONAL PUERTO RICAN DAY PARADE, Inc” to any involved with our production, therefore we are all volunteering our time. It is for artistic expression, education and fun.
I hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video tape in public places, with parents, and/or multiple adults present, without payment or any other consideration, except for appreciation. I understand that my image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my image or recording, because I understand that it will be used to help create a scholarship fund to assist the MusicTech Kids™/MusicTech Teens™ training program. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area.
Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for the following purposes:
• Fundraising, conference presentations, educational presentations or courses, informational, presentations, on-line educational courses, educational videos
By signing this release, I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me or my child, may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting. All will be done in public settings with me or other adults present. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of the sessions listed on this document only. I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release any, and all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational purposes.
Liability: I release One World Artists, LLC & David Allan Musial dba MusicTech Kids™/MusicTech Teens™, NextGen Stars® as well as The Rosados Family performers and Danilo Ignacio-Choreographer), from any liability, in the event that me or my child gets injured on the public property.
